SPSTYLE-ВР-Т is a multilayer high-barrier heat-shrink film for packaging of food products using FormShrink technology (thermoforming + heat shrinkage).
It is used as the bottom film on molding machines of various types equipped with shrink modules.
The SPSTYLE-ВР-Т film is made of polyamide, polyolefin, polyethylene terephthalate, EVOH and an adhesive (modified polyethylene) approved for the food industry.
An outer layer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) provides for the perfect optical properties (gloss and transparency) and heat resistance of the film.
A polyamide layer (РА) procures for the film's excellent strength.
Ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) ensures the high barrier to oxygen
An inner layer of polyethylene (РЕ) allows the film to be welded within a wide temperature range with the formation of a tight seal, and provides a barrier to water vapor (zero weight losses during storage).
Biaxial orientation of the film ensures uniform stretching during molding and excellent strength (even at the corners).
Low specific weight of the film (kg/m2) provides for the optimum product weight / packaging weight ratio.
