SPSTYLE-CР

SPSTYLE-CР – is a multilayer high-barrier film for packaging of food products. The SPSTYLE-CР can be used:

As the lidding film for soft thermoforming on various types of forming equipment used for packaging of food products under vacuum or MAP;
For MAP packaging of food products using the Flow Pack technology.

The SPSTYLE-СР film is made of polyamide, polyolefin, polyethylene terephthalate, EVOH and an adhesive (modified polyethylene) approved for the food industry.

Advantages:

An outer layer of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) provides for the perfect optical properties (gloss and transparency) and heat resistance of the film.

A polyamide layer (РА) procures for the film's excellent strength.

Ethylene vinyl alcohol (EVOH) ensures the high barrier to oxygen.

An inner layer of polyethylene (РЕ) allows the film to be welded within a wide temperature range with the formation of a tight seal, and provides a barrier to water vapor (zero weight losses during storage).

Low specific weight of the film (kg/m2) provides for the optimum product weight/ packaging weight ratio.
